Emily is a Youngstown native, growing up on the south side. She graduated from Youngstown State University in 2020 with degrees in Technical Writing and Political Science. As a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School, she truly believes in the virtue of volunteerism and remains passionate about community service. After a robust seven-year career in copywriting, Emily has made a pivot into hands-on outreach initiatives. She is an alumnus of Americorps VISTA serving at Habitat for Humanity of Mahoning Valley as their resource coordinator. She is proud to serve the city that raised her with an unrelenting loyalty to her Youngstown roots.
