Nicholas Chretien
Executive Director
Nick Chretien is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Economic Action Group, Inc. (EAG). Nick’s work has focused on launching EAG’s Commercial Property Revitalization program (CPR), a small-scale commercial development program, and COVID-19 Outreach & Engagement work in Youngstown and Warren to assist locally-owned small businesses in accessing critical business assistance resources to combat the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Daniel Bancroft
Operations Manager
Daniel is the Operations Manager of the Economic Action Group, Inc. (EAG) and started with the organization as an intern in 2018. Daniel’s work with EAG focuses on the management of interns within the EAG Student Service Learning component and conducting services through the Commercial Property Revitalization and Mahoning Valley Main Street Programs.
Gianna Marinucci
CEEEM Site Coordinator
Gianna works as CEEEM Site Coordinator for EAG. She began in the summer of 2022 as a seasonal employee, then worked as a Program Manager. Gianna is also a high school math teacher.
Marcelle Wilson, PhD
Development Associate
Marcelle holds a doctorate in history from West Virginia University, and a M.A. and B.S. from YSU. She began providing the Economic Action Group, inc. with her expertise in 2023.

Ben Kerr
Graphic Design
Ben is a graduate of Youngstown State University (2020), with a Bachelor’s degree of Fine Arts, majoring in Graphic and Interactive Design. His job at EAG consists of designing renderings of potential redevelopment opportunities and helping with design work.
Sarah Nadzan
Marketing & Outreach Intern
Sarah is the Marketing and Outreach Intern at EAG. She is a junior at Youngstown State University majoring in Telecommunications with a minor in Social Media Campaigns and has a certification in Electrical Engineering Technology. Sarah is the Secretary of YSU’s Amateur Radio club and does the show Safari Facts on Rookery Radio.
Danielle Griffith
GIS Analyst Intern
Danielle is a graduating senior at Youngstown State University majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Geographic Information Systems and certified in Geospatial Technologies and Science. Her job at EAG consists of providing GIS mapping services, data management, and program.

Colleen is the Community Development Intern at Economic Action Group, Inc. (EAG). Her role at EAG focuses on assisting with community development services and the Civic Innovation Transforming Youngstown (CITY) program.
