We strive to create an environment that is open to new ideas and encourages collaboration and growth. We are committed to the long-term success of the Mahoning Valley and are dedicated to creating a vibrant and sustainable economic future.

Understanding History
EAG is committed to working from a place of understanding and consideration of the discriminatory practices of redlining, gentrification, and inequitable disinvestment in diverse communities. Our team is aware that continuing to learn about this systematic oppression is essential for us to play a meaningful role in rebuilding the Valley in an equitable and sustainable way.

Valuing Diverse Community Input
Community input is an integral part of EAG’s work and is one of the most important ways we stay connected to the type of development that residents want in their community. We seek to make community input opportunities on current and future projects available for residents from diverse backgrounds. EAG embraces this input with the intention of making the development of the Valley more accessible, sustainable, and community-focused.
